At the heart of our offer is one of Europe’s most advanced off site modular construction facilities in Castlecomer, Ireland. Here we design and manufacture the key building blocks of modern data centres, including volumetric modules, prefabricated plant rooms, fully integrated technical spaces, cable management and airflow assemblies, and complete hot aisle / cold aisle containment systems. Each element is produced in a controlled environment, pre tested and partially commissioned before shipment, then installed on site as plug and play systems across Europe.

Using our extensive in-house experience we design, build, commission and validate our facilities and services leaving our clients with a bespoke designed space where they can concentrate on doing the amazing things that they do.
Integrated Design & Data Hall Fit Out
Beyond the kit of parts, we provide turnkey Design & Build fit out for white space and technical areas, coordinating the complete delivery lifecycle from concept and detailed design through installation, commissioning and handover. Our scope includes architectural finishes and partition systems, hot aisle / cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, server room development, fire rated enclosures and M&E service integration, engineered for performance, energy efficiency and maintainability.
Early engagement under a Pre Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) brings cost certainty, reduced interface risk and seamless mobilisation. We use real time cost data and constructability reviews to guide design, accelerate approvals and de risk logistics long before site start.
Digital Engineering & Programme Control
Digital delivery is embedded in our approach. We integrate BIM for model-based coordination, time and cost control, and clash detection; Primavera P6 for programme management; and Procore as our project ERP for live reporting, document control and streamlined QA/QC workflows. Site safety and workforce management are supported by One Breadcrumb for digital inductions, personnel tracking and incident logging, keeping multi-jurisdictional projects aligned and transparent.
