Asgard Controlled Environments and Baxter Healthcare partnered together to expand operational capacity with a 600m² cleanroom, designed for high-occupancy use over two levels and The Baxter Healthcare Cleanroom Facility was developed. The facility integrates fully compliant cleanroom solutions around the client’s equipment, ensuring seamless operation within regulatory frameworks. The design meets stringent environmental, safety, and industry-specific standards while allowing for future adaptability.
The scope of work includes:
- Cleanroom Design & Construction – Turnkey solution encompassing design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of cleanroom systems.
- Fire-Rated Cleanroom Fabric Installation – Incorporating fire-rated partitions and doors to enhance safety and regulatory compliance.
- Rapid Roller Door Integration – Seamless incorporation of high-speed roller doors within the cleanroom fabric to maintain environmental integrity.
- Bespoke Interlock Access Control Strategy – Custom-designed access control systems to ensure secure and efficient movement within classified areas.
